The online store operating at saildecor.eu is run by Marcin Pawlaczek with its registered office in Nieborowice, at ul. Zacisze 22, 44-144 Nieborowice. NIP: 969-114-38-75. 


2.1. The online store located at saildcor.eu is used to purchase selected items via the Internet.

2.2. Purchases in the saildcor.eu online store may only be made by adults. The basic condition for the completion of purchases is the correct completion of the order form on the saildcor.eu website, selection of the payment method and sending the order.

2.3. The prices posted on the store's website are an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. The presented catalog of products does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

2.4. Acceptance by the online store of each placed order is confirmed by e-mail or telephone by the store staff. The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by saildcor.eu 

2.5. The Ordering Party may introduce any corrections to the order only until its final confirmation by saildcor.eu.

2.6. By sending the order, the Ordering Party declares that he has read the content of the Regulations of the store, in particular the possibility of withdrawing from the contract, in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 24 June 2014) and accepts its provisions.

2.7. The saildcor.eu online store accepts orders around the clock, all days of the year. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be considered in the order in which they were placed on the first working day following the day on which the order was placed.

2.8. saildcor.eu reserves the right to reject incorrectly or partially completed order forms.

2.9. Prices quoted in the saildcor.eu online store are prices expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN). Saildecor.eu reserves the right to change prices without informing the Ordering Party in advance, with the proviso that price changes do not apply to orders in progress. The price given for each product is binding at the time of confirmation of the order by the store staff. If the price given in the order confirmation is different from the price in the online store, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

2.11. On request, the online store issues an invoice without VAT.

2.12. The order will be processed provided that the goods are available in the warehouse or from the store's suppliers. In the event of unavailability of some of the goods covered by the order, the Ordering Party is informed about the status of the order and decides on the method of its implementation (partial implementation, extension of the waiting time, cancellation of the entire order).


3.1. The Ordering Party may choose the following forms of delivery of the ordered goods:

a. personal collection in Nieborowice
b. delivery by courier
c. delivery via the Polish Post

d. delivery to a parcel locker

3.2. When payment is made by bank transfer, the goods are sent to the Ordering Party when the appropriate funds are credited to the saildcor.eu account. At the time of sending the shipment, the Ordering Party is informed about this fact by e-mail.

3.3. At the time of receipt of the parcel, the Ordering Party is obliged to check the contents of the parcel in the presence of an employee of the delivery company. If the shipment does not contain the goods indicated in the order, the goods are different from those ordered, or the goods are damaged, the Ordering Party has the right not to accept the shipment, about which he should immediately notify saildcor.eu and submit a complaint to the delivery person.

3.4 The store delivers a new product, without defects.


4.1. If, after receiving the goods, the Ordering Party finds technical defects in them, it may take advantage of the warranty services - please contact us by e-mail: saildecorart@gmail.com

4.2. The goods subject to the complaint must be accompanied by a purchase document, if it was issued.

4.3. Complaints are considered at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt by the store of the parcel with the product under complaint.

4.4. In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with other, full-fledged ones, and if this is no longer possible (for example, due to the fact that the goods are out of stock), the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price or offer other goods available in the store to choose from. The complaint should contain a description of the defect of the goods and the date of occurrence of the defect.

4.5. The costs associated with returning the advertised goods are returned by the store immediately after the complaint has been positively considered.


5.1. The ordering party may resign from the goods purchased in our store without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods by submitting a relevant statement in writing. The right to return is not applicable in the case of the purchase of goods made to order, non-prefabricated, manufactured according to the customer's specifications, Article 38 point 3 of the Act on Consumer Rights. If the buyer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the store, the store is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the buyer.

5.2. In the event of a decision to withdraw from the contract, the Ordering Party should return the goods properly packed within 14 days of receipt.

5.3. The refund in the amount of the price to the customer will take place immediately (max. 14 days) to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.


6.1. The Privacy Protection Policy is an integral part of these regulations. By accepting these regulations, the User expresses acceptance of the content indicated in Privacy Policy.


7.1. The contract for the sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in Polish.
